What are the necessary precautions with the treatment?
There is no specific precautions must be taken when removing unwanted hair by laser, but it is advisable to refrain from lightening or bleaching hair or remove it by waxing before using the laser; to avoid the occurrence of redness and skin irritation.

Doctors are advised to use the sun visor 30 degree or above, with no exposure to the area to be treated much sunlight, before treatment and after four weeks; to reduce the possibility of skin pigmentation that may accompany treatment. The patient also may need to use a topical cream containing an anti-infection and inflammation, for a week after the session.
