In addition to curbing excessive sun exposure and smoking habits, you have a few safe options for revitalizing your lips without turning to a plumper. With the right combination of preventive care and simple makeup tricks, you can add fullness, dimension and volume to virtually any set of lips.
Items you will need
- Lip moisturizer with peptides, vitamin E or shea butter
- Soft-bristled toothbrush
- Petroleum jelly
- Lipstick with peptides

Step 1
Moisturize regularly. When you feel your lips drying out, apply a lip balm or moisturizer that contains some combination of peptides, vitamin E or shea butter. Moisturizing not only enhances the appearance of your lips on the spot, it helps stimulate collagen production. Use a balm with SPF 15 or higher to add sun protection.
Step 2
